About Andrew Legg
Mr. Legg focuses on employment law matters on behalf of employees as an attorney with Kornbluth Ginsberg Law Group, P.A. His practice includes a variety of employment-related issues, including breach of contract, sexual harassment, FMLA disputes, unpaid wages, and discrimination based on race, sex, disability, or other protected classes. Mr. Legg litigates cases on behalf of his clients in both State and Federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Mr. Legg also handles some non-employment matters, including personal injury cases. Mr. Legg is the Membership Chair of the Employment Law Section of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice for 2021-2024.
After receiving his undergraduate degree from Duke University with a double major in Political Science and Religious Studies, Mr. Legg graduated with Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Throughout law school, Mr. Legg worked as a law clerk with Kornbluth Ginsberg while also competing as a member of the Broun National Trial Team and the Holderness Moot Court National Team. As an undergraduate Mr. Legg also competed with the Duke Mock Trial Team in competitions across the country.
Andrew lives in Durham with his wife Kisha. Outside of the office, Mr. Legg enjoys spending time with his wife and watching Duke Basketball.
